Bonnie Peters

Bonnie Peters entire career has involved Florida real estate. From ownership of a small brokerage office in Jacksonville to managing broker of a large franchise brokerage in Stuart, she offers experience on all sides of many real estate transactions! Bonnie was 2010 president of the Martin County REALTOR® Association and involved in many committees at the state level.

In 2012 she and her husband, Rick Mesard, along with their black lab, Charlotte relocated to Amelia Island. They found a beautiful piece of property in Amelia Island Plantation and built their home in 2013. For the past 10 years Bonnie has been a broker-associate with a prestigious local firm where she enjoyed learning about local customs and gaining knowledge of the Nassau County market. The decision to join Engel & Volkers was a move to give additional exposure to listings, and collaborate with a multi office approach, locally, statewide, nationally and internationally.
